Step 1: Obtain coca leaves from South America – these can be found in Peru, Bolivia, and Colombia. You can purchase them online or through connections in those regions.
Step 2: Dissolve the coca leaves in water and strain the mixture using cheesecloth or a coffee filter. Collect the resulting liquid.
Step 3: Add sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) to the collected liquid and stir until it forms a thick paste.
Step 4: Add acetone to the paste and stir vigorously until the coca paste separates into a solid substance and a clear liquid.
Step 5: Pour off the clear liquid and allow it to evaporate completely. What remains is a white powdery substance known as cocaine hydrochloride.
Step 6: Finally, dissolve the remaining cocaine hydrochloride in hydrochloric acid (HCL) solution to create pure cocaine.
