Buffalo Chicken Grilled Cheese Sandwich
Ingredients:
- 2 slices of bread
- 1 cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 2 tablespoons buffalo sauce
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter, softened
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, mix the shredded chicken with the buffalo sauce until well coated.
- Spread the softened butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread, buttered side down, in a skillet over medium heat.
- Layer the shredded cheddar cheese, buffalo chicken, and shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the bread slice in the skillet.
- Place the second slice of bread, buttered side up, on top of the cheese and chicken.
- Cook the sandwich for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove the sandwich from the skillet and let it cool for a minute before slicing it in half.
- Serve the Buffalo Chicken Grilled Cheese Sandwich hot.
